Raw Food Does?

Many people are looking for more energy and a popular belief is that certain foods or good foods can provide energy. This is true to a degree, but the real truth is that what we eat does not give us energy, rather the removal of blockages does. All disease is a blockage and therefore a lack of energy is also. Arnold Ehret was a pioneer in discovering just that and way ahead of his time.
It's not about how many calories you eat of what the experts tell us is nutritious food, but how much of that is actually assimilated. Try the baby test as they have perfect assimilation. If you wouldn't give it to a baby, don't eat it yourself. Cooked food is mucus-forming, toxic, degenerating poison. The raw vegan organic diet is regenerating. High in fruit for MAXIMUM assimilation and detoxification.

Sounds good Paulina. Any version of a raw food diet is better than not doing one.
But i'm interested, tell us where are you at and what do you do??
