In our quest toward helping others heal themselves naturally, we have found that the most IGNORED piece of advice that we can give is exercise.
Movement of the body is paramount in moving blood around the body. This is the only way you're going to get all those nutrients you're eating into the cells of your eyes, legs, hands, brain etc. In fact, the only way blood can travel from your feet back up through your leg towards the heart again is by muscular movement of that leg. Those veins taking blood back to the heart do not have the muscular walls that arteries have to propel blood, so they rely on the muscles "squeezing" the blood up, a bit like when you want to get that last bit of toothpaste out of the tube. What do you do? You use the muscles of your hands to squeeze the tube, then the contents of the tube can travel out.
Blood flow is everything when you want to cure the incurables, lose weight, increase muscle, get fit or even get over your cold. Remember, a fit body is a healthy body.
We can't stress enough how important regular exercise is to any healthy individual, let alone if you're working with a serious illness.
So, join your local gym, go to the beach, take the dog for a run, get out of your chair, get on your bike and start moving some blood!
The life is in the blood and if that blood ain't flowin, you're dead. It's that simple.

Great advice Steven. Moving nutrients in & toxins out is our cellular process. Without bloodflow there is not an optimum transfer or yield to all we strive to do nutritionally. Movement is the missing link. 20-30min [minimum] in the morn will get the metabolism going for 12hrs, so if you also do 20-30 in the arvo when home, that takes it another 12, so our body keeps in a constant state of increased metabolism, then u can increase as u want to get as fit as u want. But in going to extremes (marathons etc) realise the body needs more to repair itself, so antioxidants need to go up.
Hi Ant
Thanks for your comments, you're dead right. Like the saying says, move it or lose it.
The guys getting unbelievable recovery times are the raw fooders because they're getting maximum antioxidants and minimal toxins from food.
Keep on truckin
Steven
