Sports Drink Recipe
- Better Than Croc-Ade
1 small handful of Certified Organic Goji Berries
1 Litre of Purified/Distilled Spring or Rain Water in a glass bottle
Throw the goji berries in the water and let soak for anywhere from 15mins to 24hrs. Will rehydrate and replace electrolytes without all the nasty chemicals, artificial flavours, colours and processed sugar.
This drink will keep you going on your endurance feats or strength training longer than anything I've ever tried. And it tastes good too! Try it.
