This is great and people need direction. There seem to be raw food gurus everywhere with all sorts of different recommendations. My first advice is to eat anything in the beginning, as long as it's raw. I'm talking plant-based organic and fresh as possible.
I am terribly focused and going 100% raw for long periods (6-12mths)i found that i could quiet easily detrimentally affect my social connections and become quite isolated. For example, if I visit my mum a few times a year and don't at least try some of her cooking I wouldn't be polite. Going to social events carrying my box of bananas can look a little strange and I know people do do it, but are we here to stand out and prove something or to have a positive impact on other people's lives? I believe the latter.
Given this background and understanding, I would have to say I'm a 100% raw foodist most of the time, on the odd occasion having a little cooked so as to mainatain relationships. But I'm always trying to push the envelope and see how far I can carry this message. At home 21 meals a week are 100% raw and after doing this for 4 years now you get to know what works and what doesn't work long term.

Upon rising I drink as much water as I can. After this I sometimes have a fresh young coconut with my boy. When they're in season I will have a glass or 2 of freshly squeezed orange juice. At this stage I've already had more nutrition than many people have in their entire cooked day.

Breakfast consists of smoothie 9 times out of 10. We go through boxes of bananas every week. A good combination is 10 bananas, 400g of blueberries, 300g of raspberries, the meat of 1 young coconut and some leafy greens like bok choy, comfrey or lettuce with a little water.

Another really good combo is banana and paw paw (we can go through a box a week). We also use a lot of pineapple.

Before lunch we make a vegetable juice with carrot, apple, beetroot, beet leaves, barley grass (fresh out of our garden), celery, a little ginger and lemon with the peel.
Lunch in our house means lots of salads. A popular combination is lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, sprouts and almonds, sunflower and raisins dressed with lemon juice and olive oil and himalayan pink salt. I can quite often follow this up with 4 bananas or apples or some sort of dried fruit.

Just before dinner I will have another glass or 2 of orange juice (sometimes I go a little crazy and have 4 or 5 glasses and then that's it for me for dinner).

Dinner can be a fruit salad but more often than not it is a green smoothie. Usually banana, pinepple and comfrey, sometimes we use orange juice instead of water but this can be a bit rich. Usually half water and half orange juice works best. We try to go with what is in season, fresh and freely available in abundance.

We will be putting out a more detailed dietary plan and options on the website and as a handout in the near future, so stay tuned

Flat Out

Hi All
Thank you for your patience over the last year. This is the only way you're going to get all those nutrients you're eating into the cells of your eyes, legs, hands, brain etc. In fact, the only way blood can travel from your feet back up through your leg towards the heart again is by muscular movement of that leg. Those veins taking blood back to the heart do not have the muscular walls that arteries have to propel blood, so they rely on the muscles "squeezing" the blood up, a bit like when you want to get that last bit of toothpaste out of the tube. What do you do? You use the muscles of your hands to squeeze the tube, then the contents of the tube can travel out.

Blood flow is everything when you want to cure the incurables, lose weight, increase muscle, get fit or even get over your cold. Remember, a fit body is a healthy body.

We can't stress enough how important regular exercise is to any healthy individual, let alone if you're working with a serious illness.

So, join your local gym, go to the beach, take the dog for a run, get out of your chair, get on your bike and start moving some blood!

The life is in the blood and if that blood ain't flowin, you're dead. It's that simple.
www.edenhealthfoods.com.au

Raw Food Does?

Many people are looking for more energy and a popular belief is that certain foods or good foods can provide energy. This is true to a degree, but the real truth is that what we eat does not give us energy, rather the removal of blockages does. All disease is a blockage and therefore a lack of energy is also. Arnold Ehret was a pioneer in discovering just that and way ahead of his time.
It's not about how many calories you eat of what the experts tell us is nutritious food, but how much of that is actually assimilated. Try the baby test as they have perfect assimilation. If you wouldn't give it to a baby, don't eat it yourself. Cooked food is mucus-forming, toxic, degenerating poison. The raw vegan organic diet is regenerating. High in fruit for MAXIMUM assimilation and detoxification.

Genesis 1:29 Follow the Designer's plan, He knows best.

www.edenhealthfoods.com.au

Incurable Diseases

Now that you found out you have an incurable disease, you have to dedicate your life to healing yourself because if you don't, it's going to cost you your life.

People say to me all the time "I've tried absolutely everything to get well" and then I say "Did you try this or that?" and they say, "Well I didn't try that, but I tried absolutely everything", or, "I tried that once". a) If you tried everything you would be well. b) It's impossible to have tried everything, which actually tells me, you have tried nothing. c)

If you tried to push a heavy dining room table (your incurable disease/problem) as hard as you possibly can (everything you're trying), will the table move? Ofcourse. The problem is people THINK they're trying absolutely everything to move the table, but in reality they're not even touching the table, or if they are, they're only pushing with their little pinky. Even worse still, they are pushing with their little pinky believing (what their Dr. told them) that the table is impossible to move.

IS MY HEALING PROGRAM REALLY PUSHING THE TABLE WITH ALL MY STRENGTH?

Here are some good questions to ask yourself about your healing program:

- Does the program incorporate exercise, fresh air, sunshine, happy thoughts?

- Does the program include raw organic food and juices and plenty of water internally and externally?

- Does the program include regular cleansing of the bowel and major elimination organs?

- Am I encouraged to do everything I know is right all AT ONCE instead of trying one thing for a week and then never doing it again while moving onto another good thing?

- Am I left with hours and hours in the day where I am doing something that is NOT directed toward healing me?

If you NOURISH your body as intensely as you can and CLEANSE your body as aggressively as you can, the chances are you WILL get well. We have had the most incredible response since launching this product a few months ago with testimonials and enquiries from all over this beautiful country of ours that we had to let the rest of the country stop searching and let them know where they could get it from. It is already our fastest-selling product in history with little to no advertising at all.

How can we not have such a good response? Sun Warrior has incredible digestion efficiency which makes even people with different digestive disorders swear by it. It means you're not wasting your money on unhealthy dairy industry byproducts which your body finds hard to assimilate and toxic to your body. Yes, this is the first ever anti aging protein which HELPS your liver get rid of toxins instead of placing a burden on it. Unbelieveable silky smooth texture which amazes me every time I'm drinking it (ever day, sometimes many times a day) unlike other rice proteins as they have a grainy texture that is unpleasant and makes people wish they were drinking soy/whey. No way! All 3 flavours taste great, even Natural.

We could go on and on, but check it out on the site or Nova magazine, or in your blender with;
4 Organic bananas
5 organic medjool dates or 1tbsp of honey
1tbs Raw Cacao powder (with chocolate flavour Sun Warrior which has cacao extract for a twist)
Small handful of raw organic cashews (optional)
1Lt water
I'd like to say, add 1 tbsp of Pitbull protein, but in Australia, it's illegal for me to say, so what I will say is Add 1 tsp of Hi Octane or Kickstart for EXPLOSIVE herbal energy.

Makes about 4 cups of delicious nutritious smoothie
Enjoy!

www.edenhealthfoods.com.au

There's no such thing as allergies!

With echinacea and allergies its this simple. If you didn't clean your kitchen for 40 yrs and then you move something and a big puff of dust came up, you'd start sneezing and you'd say "its the allergies". It's not the allergies, it's the dust and rubbish that's been collecting over years that you begin to shift that brings the reactions. In fact, reactions are a blessing from God trying to tell you "Hey, the kitchen hasn't been cleaned for 40 years, do you think it's time? Or you want to wait till the dust settles and keep sweeping it under the carpet?"Or if you didn't give your car a tune up every few months or year and left it for 40 yrs, how would the oil filter (liver) look? How would your radiator and cooling system (kidneys) function? But most importantly, what would the exhaust pipe (colon) look like? There is no such thing as allergies, but when you start to move things around the body using herbs but haven't deep cleaned you bowels, you can get a reaction. Your liver also has enzymes which regulate your allergies, and if your liver is burdened or toxic or hasn't been cleansed, then you can get a reaction from things that you normally wouldn't/shouldn't. If the house or habitat is clean and built up, herbs shouldn't affect you in a negative way. This is my experience.

When you are allergic to a food or herb, you have found a food or herb which is helping you to detox your body and this is why you are getting a "reaction". This is a sign your body needs to get rid of some things.

Welcome

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Steven's Eden.
